The Compass Kit

Coming soon

The plan comes before the planner.

Discover what matters. Decide which goals are worth pursuing. Design the route.

One system. Three tools. Your journey, on purpose. A line drawing of the Compass Guidebook, the Pocket Compass and the Compass Planner joined by a dotted trail that ends at a sunrise over open water

We are building the book we wished we had. Not another calendar waiting to be filled, but a place to do the harder work first: an honest look at where you are, a clear sense of where you want to end up, and a small number of goals actually worth the year.

We are not going to tell you it is nearly ready, because we would rather get it right than get it out. What we will do is show you the work as it happens, and tell you the day it is real.

Three tools. One journey.

Each tool has one job, and each one covers a different stage of the journey. Together they become The Compass Kit.

First, what kind of traveler are you?

Before you decide where you are going, it helps to know how you travel. Some of us cannot get there fast enough. Some of us have a shelf of beautiful planners and a drawer of good intentions. There are eight types, and one of them is yours.

It takes about three minutes, it is free, and it will tell you what you are naturally good at, where your particular style tends to trip you up, and one place to start.
